After a year of working, learning and living remotely, screen fatigue is real. Yet even as we transition back to more in-person engagement, virtual meetings will continue to be a huge part of the landscape. Truly connecting with others over a computer can be challenging, especially when you’ve never met that person before and you’re coming together for an introductory meeting or job interview. This session will focus on all aspects virtual presentation skills – from getting the tech, logistics and look just right, to using your voice and body to project confidence and power, to organizing your thoughts to ensure your critical points are received and understood. While our focus will be on virtual settings, these skills are essential for in-person interactions and presentations too.

About Jessica Chen: Jessica Chen is an Account Director at G&S Business Communications, leading account teams across industries in professional services, technology, real estate and nonprofit organizations. Throughout her 10 years of experience, she has elevated strategic communications and thought leadership programs with engaging storytelling and relevant trends. Jessica is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, and oversees the agency’s DE&I culture committee.
