FAULTY MACHINE RECORDINGS SERVICE is the experimental recording and distribution service of musician/radio producer Myke Dodge Weiskopf (Los Angeles, CA). That's me.
After years of only allowing myself to make and release music within the studio ecosystem, I'm returning to my indie/lo-fi/underground roots. FAULTY MACHINE is the solution: a monthly, subscription-based sonic sandbox that serves as a platform for all my various musical musings.
For $5/month, I'll deliver a digital care package of whatever I've been working on: pop song demos, house music diversions, abstract soundscapes, field recordings, and (occasionally) fascinating curios from the archives.
At year's end, we'll vote on what we liked best for the 2020 FAULTY MACHINE ANNUAL REPORT, which will be the sole public release of this material.
FAULTY MACHINE will begin distribution at the end of March and will continue releasing at month's end thereafter.
