Permission to learn
Giving people permission to do things is so important. If people don’t feel mentally safe to do something, then it’s likely that they won’t. In order to develop a true learning culture leaders need to continuously demonstrate and reinforce the message that they give permission. This must be done both verbally and through behaviour.
