Aim - Take your mind off technology and shit for 30 - 60 mins. Get's you doing something that isn't social media, news, Covid19 or shouting at the kids.

How did this come about - I was starting to shout at the kids

How do I feel now - Much better, and the kids want to sleep in them tonight.
