Recent storms in North Texas have resulted in a large amount of storm-related debris in neighborhoods throughout Richardson. On average crews with BABIC (Brush and Bulky Item Collection) respond to 600 calls a day, but after rain storms those calls increase to 900. If there is debris in the public right-of-way and residents would like to report it, please call 972-744-4111. Residents can also request a pick up online or by using the MyRichardson App. If there is debris on personal property, residents are asked to place material on the curb.
