Day 19: Emmy Lane Palmersheim as Lady Macbeth. A quintessential villain, upon learning of the king's visit, Lady M entices her husband to regicide and more. The challenging of gender roles ("unsex me here") among many other complexities has left Lady M subject to wonderful interpretations. Emmy was last seen at RT in "Men on Boats". Their play "You Are Not Alone In the Void" premiered last fall at UofI, where Emmy is a student.
