Paciente de 30 años que acude a consulta en 2016. Medicado con finasteride hace 5 años, y antecedentes de 2 cirugías por técnica FUE en clínica local, sin conseguir el resultado deseado, tanto en cobertura como naturalidad (grafts dobles en primera línea, muy recta y folículos a 60º, coronilla sin restaurar). Solicita densificar y naturalizar el frontal retirando las unidades dobles, con el mismo diseño conservador, y aumentar la cobertura en la coronilla.
Se realiza cirugía de 2701 grafts (6712 pelos) a 2,49 pelos/grafts para restaurar tercio frontal, picos temporales y coronilla (0.80 mm punch, Grafts: I-277; II-1070; III-1132; IV-211; V-11).
Se presenta video con pelo mojado a los 10 meses.
We saw this 30 year-opld patient in 2016. He was in medical treatment with finasteride the las 5 years and had a background of 2 procedures by FUE Technique in a local clinic, without the desired result in coverage and naturalness (double grafts in the frontal hair line, straight and 60º in the insertion angle). He required to in crease the coverage and naturalness of the frontal area, extracting the double grafts, with the same conservative design , and increasing the coverage in the Crown.
We did a 2701 FUE Grafts surgery (6712 hairs) at 2,9 hairs/grafts to restoe the frontal third, temporal peaks and Crown (0.80 mm punch, Grafts: I-277; II-1070; III-1132; IV-211; V-11).
The video shows the outcome with wet hairs at 10 months.
