: (lyrics):
️: "Zem mūsu kājām" it's marching song for the 19th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS (2nd Latvian) the title means ("Below our feets").The lyrics changed as the war went on. They engaged in the Siege of Leningrad back in the 1940's. The song was first sung by them and is over 70 years old. The lyrics openly declared that the SS would destroy the "Red plague".
"SS marschiert in Feindesland" ("SS marches in enemy territory") also known as "Teufelslied" ("The Devil's Song") was a marching song of the Waffen-SS during World War II. The music for this song came from the "Lied der Legion Condor" ("Song of the Condor Legion"), which was written by Wolfram Philipps and Christian Jährig, two Condor Legion pilots with the rank of Oberleutnant. A marching song with the same melody was adopted by the Charlemagne French SS Division, the Estonian SS Division, the Latvian Legion and the Norwegian Legion during the war.
