O primeiro longo registo de um desejo partilhado de prestar o tributo devido à história da cidade da Covilhã, intimamente ligada à indústria têxtil e a todo este território serrano, que transforma um festival de Arte Urbana num evento de características únicas e distintivas, tal como sempre foi a história da então apelidada de Manchester Portuguesa.

_EN_ COVILHÃ MANCHESTER is the report of the 4th edition of WOOL, 7 years after its foundation. The first long record of a shared desire to pay the right tribute to the history of the city of Covilhã, intimately linked to the textile industry and all this mountain territory, which turns an urban art festival into an event of unique and distinctive characteristics, as always was the story of the then nicknamed Portuguese Manchester.
