The Internationales Frauen*Theater-Festival 2021 will take place from 13-19th of September, and you can VISIT or watch livestreams ONLINE from 16-19th of September.
For our five-year anniversary we will dive into the theme Womxn Performing Selves, in which we will discuss the positions they take, and the working conditions womxn need. We create space specifically for womxn to work with us during the festival, to give them a voice and to show their strengths.
We will talk and reflect on critical political discourse not only theoretically, but also by using the body in movement, in music, in dance, in togetherness, in community and art. To use emotion and body language as a voice with which to break taboos.
All genders, including men, are invited to watch all shows and to join some of the workshops.
