As a festival veteran, I've been to over 10 music festivals and up until my most recent fest (EDC Vegas 2019) I always took a camelbak. Until Lunchbox.

The security features meant experiencing a festival without the little bit of paranoia in the back of my head - It was life changing. With hydration, the Lunchbox refill system made refilling the bladder a breeze, and watching a friend of mine struggle to close the cap on his camelbak (that he actually borrowed from me) was all the proof and reassurance I needed. In terms of space, I was able to fit: 2 body wipes, 2 packets of electrolytes, a pashmina, 2 GoPros with mounts, and my wallet/keys/credit cards/etc. On top of that, the cell phone pocket made me feel even more secure. I was able to use the secondary phone pouch to clip a walkie talkie to the strap. In terms of style - the EL wires seriously set my bag apart from the others and I got constant compliments while walking through crowds. It was also a huge help in keeping my group together as they could always see my and a friend's Lunchbox lit up as we walked ahead.

Now there are a couple small downsides to the bag that I experienced. Because of the hidden zippers, accessing the pockets could be a bit cumbersome at times, particularly while in the middle of the crowd. Of course, this doesn't outweigh the MASSIVE benefits of the hidden zippers in making sure your stuff is secure. Additionally, although I was able to fit a ton of stuff in the bag and wasn't left wanting, I often use larger camelbaks/backpacks at festivals that allow them to fit even more things for the day like a jacket or blanket. There isn't quite room for that with all the other things I needed - perhaps Lunchbox could come out with a larger version in the future?

Overall, this is quite literally the greatest hydration pack and backpack I've ever taken to a festival. If you are in the market for a new hydration pack, get the Lunchbox! You will not regret it!
