I purchased some new gear including the GVM RGB LED light kit and I wanted to put them to a test. What was meant to be an evening of just set design, toying around the new lights and lenses, and drinking a beer while listening to some of my favorite podcasts ended up becoming a one-man band production in my office.

The short scene was shot entirely on my Panasonic Lumix GH5 and I only used the Venus Optics Laowa 17 mm 1.8 lens. It's a handly, very small and compact lens but gives me a nice wide image that I've been lacking for some time now.

I'll be making a follow-up video covering the process, what I liked about this video, what I don't like, what I would've done differently if I were shooting an actual scene in a film, and more.
