I had the honour of being asked to create this wonderful music video for the gents in The Dungarees, a country band based in Edmonton, AB. James Murdoch had this idea floating in his head and it was my challenge to bring it all together and make it happen. Showcasing people in various stages of life blowing out a birthday candle I think the video captures the theme of the song.
Shot only using natural light for that vintage feel, using a 35mm Cine Lens on the Panasonic EVA-I. Filmed using a mix of frame rates - 48fps and 24fps.
