Women's March SLO (WMSLO) has provided The San Luis Obispo Community a platform to express their hopes for a better world since 2017. The Fourth Edition was appropriately entitled "The Time is Now". This film is the concluding Chapter of "Together", The Story of the 2020 Rally.
Lewis & Rose performed one of my (and my daughter's) favorite songs- "Closer To Fine", originally performed by The Indigo Girls. That song provides a rousing close to the Rally and the film. Terry Parry introduces the WMSLO Organizers, who have served their community so passionately for four years. The "credits" run to the tune of "Together" written and performed by Talitha Gabrielle - a perfect title for the song and the film Those credits highlight an impressive list of performers, volunteers, and marchers - who have followed the WMSLO lead in promoting important ideas and ideals.
