Here are a few updates from Pastor Grant!

Time Change
We are moving our Sunday gathering time to a 10A start as of this weekend in order to take greater advantage of the cooler morning weather. We will now be finishing our time of singing, prayer, and communion at 11:00A. Please plan to come for a time of connection at 9:30A. This 30 minutes of fellowship has been proving to be a great blessing to many.

Spiritual Practices: Confession
Consider signing up for this Sunday’s prayer practices gathering. You are not required to have attended the previous one or the ones to follow. Lunch will be provided. Cost is $5. 11:30 start after the morning worship gathering. We will eat together, learn something about this prayer practice and then spend an hour on our own working through a process with God before coming back together to reflect on our experience.

Calling all Musicians
Music is a very important part of our community worship times. We are interested in hearing from anyone who plays an instrument or sings. If you or anyone you know has some musical abilities please let us know at [email protected]. You will be invited to attend a gathering to enjoy some food together and hear about a philosophy of music worship for NewSong. We will then participate in a time of praise for anyone who wants to attend. This will be in early September. More details soon, but if you are a musician, stand up and be counted (1,2,3,4!)
