"THIS" is the episode #7 of Project Quarantine - a joint project of the STUDIO Theatre-gallery and Komuna//Warszawa in Warsaw, Poland.

Project QUARANTINE
The most talented Polish artists of theater, dance and performing arts of the young and middle generation in micro shows prepared in private apartments using the simplest means. A formal experiment and, at the same time, support for artists deprived of classes during the corona-epidemic period.

Participants: Wojtek Ziemilski, Weronika Szczawińska, @Robert Wasiewicz, Marta Malikowska, Marta Ziółek, Agnieszka Jakimiak, Małgorzata Wdowik, Klaudia Hartung-Wójciak, Grzegorz Laszuk, Romuald Krężel, Barbara Kinga Majewska, Ramona Nagabczynska.

One performance per day, four times a week.

Rules of the KWARANTANNA project:

1. find a large table at home, place it on a possibly monochromatic background.
2. prepare a performance, which will take place entirely on the surface of the table-scene.
3. film the performance by phone or something better - if you have access to something better.
4) The performance should be filmed in one stationary shot.
5) There are no restrictions concerning the duration of the performance.
6) Only people with whom you are currently in quarantine can take part in the performance.
7. you can ask for help from an outside person, but it can only be provided through the Internet (e.g. music sent by a friendly composer).
8. you can only use items from the following list as props:

* noodles
* Rice
* Toilet paper
* flour
* yeasts
* bread
* milk
* Tins
* frozen foods
* garlic
* onion
* Vitamin C
* Zinc and other immunization agents
* soap
* cleaning and washing chemistry
* Spirit

Once Komuna//Warszawa prepared "Mikroteatr" - a project that encourages artists to radically limit themselves, minimizing the means used on stage. It seems that the time has come to move to the next stage in this practice.
