In the video-installation The Dream Follows the Mouth (of the one who interprets it) we come across two intertwined sculptural movements that, as they unfold, overlap figure and background through dance and humming. Consisting of a projection in the foreground, and in the background, a behind-the scenes populated with objects, the jux­taposition of the two creates a plot from a series of small performative actions enacted by a group of women. The choreographer, or perhaps we should consider her a “puppeteer”, slowly and methodically reconstructs a modular scenography. The gestures inevitably provoke a kind of mimetic behaviour in the three dancers that make up the chorus, the “puppets”. Similarly to classical Greek theatre where the chorus responded to the main character, the dancers move about somewhat mechanically, as if sleepwalking, hit a wooden construction, rotate blown-glass sculptures and hum to themselves or play the melody of Siboney on the strings of a classical organ.

En la videoinstalación The Dream Follows the Mouth (de quien la interpreta) encontramos dos movimientos esculturales entrelazados que, a medida que se desarrollan, se superponen a la figura y al fondo a través de la danza y el tarareo. Consistiendo en una proyección en primer plano, y otra en el fondo, detrás de las escenas pobladas con objetos, la yuxtaposición de las dos crea una trama de pequeñas acciones performativas promulgadas por un grupo de mujeres. La coreógrafa, o quizás deberíamos considerarla una "titiritera", reconstruye lenta y metódicamente una escenografía modular. Los gestos provocan inevitablemente una especie de comportamiento mimético en los tres bailarines que componen el coro, los "títeres". Al igual que en el teatro clásico griego donde el coro respondía al personaje principal, los bailarines se mueven mecánicamente, como si el sonambulismo, tocara una construcción de madera, rotara esculturas de vidrio soplado y zumbara para sí mismos o tocara la melodía de Siboney en las cuerdas de un órgano clasico.
