In ancient times, woven loom is weaved into tapestry as a way to record history, tell stories, pass on knowledge. Inspired by the ancient craft, we have come out with this animated piece, which used Tapestry to tell the story of coming together of the journey to the throne.
We have elaborately designed and hand crafted each scene and character on paper, so they could come together into an epic art piece in whole. In production, we have utilized advanced particle and rendering effect to showcase the woven process and put together a realistic tapestry craft in CG space.
