San Diego band ‘Love Angeles’ had some footage they had shot on mobile phone while recording their single ’Somewhere’. We took the raw footage, gave it a bit of colour treatment in places and then spliced it together to create a ‘behind the scenes’ music video in less than 12 hours. As always with these sorts of edits you’d love to have more footage and more reaction shots (and to have been there in person to shoot it!) but what we had was what they had captured on iPhone and so we went with that. Some fast cuts, speed ramps and forward/reverse work to help extend the length of the shot was needed as most of the video shot was very brief and raw. Love the track and it was a fun edit to do.
