We were stoked to support our mates at Something Digital this year to create a short conference opener on a topic we’re very familiar with (shout out to Josephmark): “The Future of Digital”.

The message for the conference was a simple but en pointe: that humans are always, and will always be, at the core of digital. Robots aren’t gunna take over, because they can’t replace the rawness of human emotion and the beautiful imperfection of sentient beings – nor were they ever supposed to.

We played on this message with a dichotomy of digital geometry with hand-drawn, emotional elements. With a text-driven message, we interspersed illustration at key moments to reveal the topics and themes of this year’s conference.
