I revisited the music video for “Nothin On My Mind” by Astronomyy. The video is shot in one long take, enhancing the feeling of calmness the song induces through the slow motion shot of the skater on an open road. I’ve recently been listening to beats from the YouTube channel “Chillhop Music” and thought one of the songs might naturally match up with the video. Sure enough, “Onteora Lake” by Kyle McEnvoy and Stan Forebee matched well with the video. Once the music video finished, I included one of my favorite shots from Jack Coleman’s “RAEN Moonrockers,” adjusted to match the color palette of Astronomyy’s music video.
