Why this movie?
This film shows what is going on in Rotterdam. That is why this film had to be made.
This is the youngest city in the Netherlands where many people work together in all sorts of contexts.

The situations in this film are based on reality. The film is full of real people from Rotterdam, often with their own friends, family and or colleagues in their own work and living environment. This makes Rotterdam For Real a cinematic portrait of Rotterdam with a selection from the entrepreneurial and cultural offering.

Soundtrack
The soundtrack was created organically by asking three different "Rotterdam" producers to contribute to one track. After hard work, "For Real" was created with raw drums by Terilekst, with beautiful synths and G funk by Dagger DX and a musical line and executive production by Dorian Broekhuyse. The melody lines are created by a collaboration between the three producers.
