The Reconnect, Restore, Reimagine Plan is the result of funding as part of the American Rescue Plan (ARP) passed by Congress in March of 2021 which included a Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Fund. Learn from our Executive Director, Julia DiBussolo, as she takes a deep dive into how the funds came to be and what this means for the arts in Baltimore City Public Schools. This video helps teachers understand how funding can be used to "increase students' access to engage with fine arts activities including music, visual art, theater and dance."
