Initial pass of UV layouts and textures on modular asset kit of Waterfront Courtyard project in UE4. Modular assets modeled in Maya and associated to procedural structures through Houdini Engine. UV layouts generated through Headus UV Layout and textures developed in Substance Painter. Hero assets (bridge, drones, orbs) will be refined in upcoming iterations. Video editing completed in After Effects.
