This video is about the Pomodoro Technique. A powerful way to kick procrastination to the curb and get more done.

Set a timer for 25 minutes and work on a task without distraction and total focus. I like to play alpha wave music and wear sound-isolating headphones to minimize all distractions.

After the 25 minutes is up, stop, and change your state. Do something completely different for 5 minutes, even if it is just walking around or getting a drink. Then return.

Leaving your work unfinished like this has an interesting effect, it makes us more motivated to return to the work when we leave things unfinished. Enjoy :)
