This is a short video demonstrating how Player Piano hand-interface works.

Player Piano (2018-2019) was a yearlong collaboration with Ricardo Atienza, an architect, sound artist, researcher and lecturer in sound art at Konstfack (The University of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm).

The project originated in Klaverens Hus, Lövstabruk, Sweden. One of its aims was to question the barrier between music consumers and music producers, i.e. peoples’ musicality or ability not only to enjoy but also to create musical structures on their own when given appropriate tools.
