Dr Philip Tan started taking guitar lessons on February this year through BorderX (our online lessons). At the time of this video, he had only gone through 5 months of training and was already able to play a couple of songs while singing along with his newfound skill. Filled with excitement, our team and his teacher, Jia Woon, decided to help him record his own cover to celebrate his achievements thus far.

Dr Philip himself is an award winning business entrepreneur. His car detailing company, Velvet Sheen, provides premium services to many high profile clients like distinguished businessman, famous celebrities, respectable politicians and even royalty. Despite being a busy working adult, he surely breaks the old saying of "The older you are, the harder it is to learn music."

Although Dr. Philip has never met his music teacher in person, he has proven that with good positive mindset, one can learn music effectively, regardless of age, whether it be online or physical.

我们的团队和他的吉他老师嘉文觉感很大的满足感，他的努力也鼓励了我们。所以录制一个属于他自己的音乐cover来庆祝他迄今为止的成就。
Dr Philip PH Tan 本人是一位屡获殊荣的商业企业家。 他的汽车美容公司 Velvet Sheen Car Detailing Center为许多杰出的商人、名人、政治家甚至皇室成员提供优质服务。 尽管如此忙碌的他依然坚定不断提升自己，平衡生活！
