When Bruce O'Such contacted me to be part of the 80th birthday celebration of my friend Bob O'Such, I decided to write Bob a song. This is in stride piano style and I perform it as a solo pianist. I wrote it in Encinitas, Califormia, in May of 2013 for Bob's May 31, 2013 birthday celebration. Bob, Sally and others in the O'Such family used to listen to The Jerry Michelsen Trio at Franzi Cafe in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The Jerry Michelsen Trio performed in Puerto Vallarta from 1981 until 1986. Happy Birthday Bob!
