Kai Tham is a native New Yorker who has rescued over 29,000 pounds of food. Growing up in a food insecure household, as an adult, Kai was inspired to action. He shares a similar background with Rescuing Leftover Cuisine's CEO, Robert Lee, who had a similar situation growing up. Kai has completed his goal of rescuing and delivering food to those who need it the most with over 4,000 volunteering hours under his belt.
