The idea for the DVD I got for more than 10 years ago. My idea was a kind of concert painting, which belongs to the music, some times you look at the TV screen, sometimes not, but it should hopefully be shaped as an experience of something you might recognize from the whole festival concert. It annoyed me greatly that Danish Broardcast not recorded the entire concert, and I can still remember every detail. Since, in case nature, was not possible to get the entire concert, I tried to do a complete concert, music terms from the recording by Denmarks Television made in 55 minutes. This was possible because the computer today is everyone's owning. It goes without saying that Maggie Reilly sound problems are not on my version of Platinum, but I've tried to be as faithful to the concert from the audio and video funds I hold. Some may think sad about it, others opposite, but no one is forcing people to see all the different tracks on the free internet. The concert is in all his modesty, meant as a tribute to Mike Oldfield and the best band he ever had, with the in among 3 of musicians unfortunately is not among us anymore. The whole concert was very big and well played, but I have to be asserting a crescendo as Mike Oldfield stood with his acoustic guitar and play Irelands Eye from Orabidoo with Maggie Reilly at the end. It was not only me who was 5 miles into the sky, it was all 65 000 people in front of the orange stage.
