This video comes from my video collection of early LA
underground Hip Hop that I collected throughout my early
years. It's a VHS dub so of course the quality is not great
but who cares when the subject matter is so damn good!
I love this song & performance, it's amazing! Also because
this is underground I'm not 100% certain of the proper
spelling of his name but I know it's pronounced "Messi" as
in "Messiah". And all credit goes to whoever originally
recorded this, I just wanted to share a slice of Los Angeles'
musical history. Enjoy!
