Second part of a message delivered to Birchiko Church during March 2019.

The introduction followed a worship song about how the red sea parted for the Children of Israel to cross out of Egypt. This was the perfect introduction Hebrews 10, 19&20
“Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus, by the new [prosphaton] and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh,”
Strong's describes prosphaton as “freshly slain, generally new”, giving the sacrificial shedding of His blood a timeless quality, as though it has just happened. In the same way that the red sea parted just in time for the children of Israel to cross, so the temple curtain splits as we approach in praise and worship.

The word “worship” itself is unique to the English Language, and is derived from worth-ship. Other languages may use the English word or other words, like Adoration in French and Spanish.
Several words are used in the Hebrew:
• Shaccah – to prostrate oneself
• Abad to serve
• Darash to seek and yare to fear are also used.
In the old testament , when a defeated king surrendered , he would prostrate himself before the victor who would place his foot on the neck of the defeated king, indicating total surrender of life to his mercy.
The greek word used in the new testament is proskuneo, which would be well represented pictorially by throwing kisses.
This was followed by the content of the video beginning with a dialogue between the bridegroom (Christ) and His bride-to-be (the Church). The scriptures flow from Songs 4-7, through Ephesians 5:26 (the Bridal washing or Mikveh), Songs 4:9 & 10, Ephesians 5:18, Songs 4:11, and then her reply inviting the Holy spirit and Christ into the garden (our place of worship) and Jesus responds from Hebrews 2:12. The message concludes through triune worship we worship the Father through the Son, and By the Holy Spirit
