TCAN (The Center for Arts in Natick) is a wonderful restored firehouse in our hometown, Natick, MA that hosts live performances featuring local and national acts.

Clever Mountain has been producing videos with TCAN for many years. When Covid-19 struck and TCAN shuttered its doors, we began strategizing about how to create high-quality livestreaming events for everyone who misses live music terribly.

This video is from our debut multi-camera livestream series (no audience) called Live From TCAN. Clever Mountain produced the opening and closing graphic video elements and the live show, with Jim directing and running the switcher and Beth on the robotic cameras. We're grateful to Natick Pegasus for providing the gear.

The seats were empty but music filled TCAN once again.

Matt Nakoa, a very accomplished composer, pianist and guitarist, kicked off the series.
His song, Lightning, is an amazing reminder of the healing power of music.
