The aim of this project was to show the 24hr cycle of using a Lincat Combi-Oven within a commercial cooking environment. The sequence shows a full day's work from 6AM till the end of service. We wanted to emphasis the wide variety of tasks the oven can perform, whilst keeping the user interface at the centre of the commercial.
