We're cleaning the bathroom, the dishes... the cheese?! That's gross! Join Mr. Pablo, Miss Lia and her siblings (plus Turnip the cat!) as they teach us what we should clean and what we shouldn't! This song is a fun way to make kids WANT to clean up, all while learning useful Spanish vocabulary.

GRAMMAR NOTE: In the second verse, it would be more grammatically correct to say "Limpiamos al gato" rather than "el gato." In Spanish, the pronoun "a" is used when the object of a sentence is a person or a pet. For example, you can say "Veo la luna" ("I see the moon"), but you're supposed to say "Veo a la mujer" ("I see the woman"), because the second sentence features a human being as the object. Not using the pronoun "a" with "gato" makes the cat sound less "personified" and almost like an inanimate object rather than a pet. In this case, we chose not to be strictly grammatically correct in favor of consistency and in order to reinforce the correct articles ("el" and "la").
