How can our mind blow away our limitations through our imagination and create an alternative reality ?

Working with 3D gave me the answer and the amazing opportunity to put my crazy idea into practice: to place a wild meadow into the living room of a young woman stuck in her apartment, blowing away any limitations she had.

Through the film, we see her (Katharina Kaminski) tripping between the confined space of her everyday routine life and the escape mechanisms she finds through her dreams of lush and abundant nature. We experience with her the different states of mind we all had during lockdown, the emotional highs and lows and also the peace that comes with finding a release through our day dreams.

At some point one could say that this short film was my way of externalizing and synthesizing my own personal feelings about this intense and unprecedented period.
