Felt trapped so went on a walk. Filmed some stuff to help me focus. Focussing on the little things that we are missing and the changing nature. I improvised music on violin and voice while watching the video. Straight after the walk. So I still had the emotions from the walk, felt more free and could still vividly see these colours. Used some of the ideas in my other video (Voice Video).
