A freestyle dance routine where I incorporated a lot of feelings I felt towards the song, as well as dance styles I learned from the past and present. I wanted to feel confident and comfortable in my own skin, and being okay with feeling awkward at times cause that's really my true self! I want to show how vulnerable I can be when it comes to expressing myself, and towards feeling the music in me! I discovered the upbeat version of this song (Kiana Lede ft. Ari Lennox- Chocolate) through Instagram music, and I realized there is an acoustic piano version, which I felt the intensity more. I was not able to find a dance to this acoustic piano version, so I decided to create my own! Hoping to keep growing and learning more as a dancer, and as a person, too!
