The approach: Put viewers at ease by featuring a host who is approachable and speakers who are opinion leaders in the organization; utilize upbeat music, bright colors, language that emphasizes the positive.
What I did: Met with senior leaders across the agency as the video's Producer; produced and directed videography; created lower thirds in After Effects; edited video using Premiere Pro.
