Hallowed Ground is a performance piece inspired by a body of work that discusses femininity, trauma, and empowerment. The garment tells the story of the empowerment that comes with the process and the working through of stripping away trauma and shame attached to it. Hallowed Ground is a reclamation of power over ones body and self and aims to uplift and empower other women who have survived abuse and trauma.
