In her view we're all Earth citizens sharing similar experiences: love, hate, joy, pain, peace, war, life, death, hurricanes, sunsets, volcanoes, shooting stars, tornados, raindrops, tsunamis, waterfalls… Whatever happens in one part of the world affects us all. Being human is undoubtedly a GLOBAL experience. GLOBAL is the sound of unity and LOVE.
Having grown up with the sounds that encompass Puerto Rican and Caribbean music, Brenda remains in a constant quest to expand her sound by adding blues, funk, soul, jazz, classical, rock, electronic, psychodelia and all sorts of multicultural influences. A diverse group of artists like GoGo Penguin, Avishai Cohen, Nik Bärtsch, Radiohead, Melody Gardot and Robert Plant daily inspire her on this quest.
