"Dream within a dream"

Have you ever been looped into a recurring dream that unfolds over nights, weeks, even months?

This is a vision of these unfinished stories: episodes of liquidity mixed with a tenuous grip on reality.

The music is "Fratres," by Arvo Pärt, and is licensed through Universal Edition, effective August, 2020.

The violinist and dreamer is Rachelle Puccini.

Pianist and filmmaker is Paul Hamilton.

Together we filmed this for over a year...and we proudly shot it all in Chicagoland. We recorded the music at Curtis Hall, in Evanston, Illinois.

In a few shots I'm paying homage to to Caleb Vinson, who is an original creator on the companion to this piece (Spiegel im spiegel)... thanks Caleb, you continue to inspire me! I miss our collaborations!
