For my final project video, I wanted to create and document a topic that is very important to me. Social media has taken over and and in many ways has led people to believe that you cannot be comfortable with yourself unless you follow a certain standard in order to fit into society. This can lead to poor, negative effects such as insecurities, eating disorders, and low self-esteem. It isn't always easy to talk about, but I have personally dealt with these effects for a very long time and I find it unfortunate that it is not talked about enough.

I went with a darker mood for my video, with everything in black&white  and got access to a piano background noise that I felt best fit the mood.  On top of that audio, I included my own subtle melody that I made to really enhance the mood of the video. I chose not to include voices because I wanted the focus to be on the media files. Works Cited:
