I can count on one foot how many times in my life I took a bite into something and then didn’t eat it. This thing is flat, dry, no vegetables, just a piece of meat.

Elated to find a burger in the music video for this song. It’s my first time watching even though I was gen Spice Girls. I will always belt their songs at karaoke. An homage to my beloved childhood. I always leaned towards Posh because I identified with her most via dark, straight hair. The closest thing to Asian representation. It has only occurred to me recently that I had no Asian role models in media growing up. I see the psychological ripple effects this has had on my life. Let me inject some Asian fucking persuasion into the shit I grew up with. Ponder on cultural appropriation vs acquisition if you want.

Episode 04 facilitates a breakthrough moment in my process as well. I’m forced to overlay the automated voice talking because of music copyrights blocking the song. I love the idea of watermarking with an audio paragraph explaining the Feet Fucking Food concept. Carrying this over into future footage.
