Queens College London expressive workshop. Using different mediums and music to help the students express their feelings without verbally doing so. Before the sessions began I asked the girls to write down their thoughts, after the session ended I repeated this and the outcome and feedback was so positive. I believe that creativity in education as well as in general life is so important to keep a healthy mind, we should embrace more of this.
