A rough draft of an animation I made for my 3D animation class. I will be making this into a full animated short. It is a music video for Estranged Brother, a song by an indie pop-rock band called The Duskwhales. It will follow a boy growing up into adulthood. For every milestone in his life, he writes a letter to his mysterious, estranged older brother that does not get reciprocated. The heartbreak leaves a hole in his body after the brother moves out of their house. Maybe a heart. Maybe a keyhole. Then the boy meets another boy and falls in love and the hole is filled. I plan to make this my thesis animation for my Senior year at FIT.
