"Here is the official trailer made into a longer promo / short film for the upcoming music video - I THINK OF YOU - from singer / songwriter Dread Fury.
The track is a poignant love song about a broken-down relationship which highlights conflict and tension between a couple, swarmed by an over processive and dominant male whose controlling and abusive behaviour lends to his destroying of a once happy life together. Whether or not the man had the best intentions, or his abusive actions were coherent throughout is up to the viewer and the listener, but more will be revealed in the final music video.
However, the idea is to show that some relationships can look happy and blissful out in public but behind the scenes, it is not unmissable to assume that most abuse tends to occur behind closed doors.
In the wake of recent news surrounding the safety of women and domestic abuse, we hope this trailer and of course the upcoming video will help to create further exposure that domestic abuse is unacceptable and needs to stop.
