This mix was a lot of fun to do back in the day. There used to be a place called ACIDPLANET online that allowed users of Sony Acid software to download isolated raw vocal and instrumentation files and use it, or in place use their own instrumentation (which I usually did).

This was a contest to put the David Bowie songs "She'll Drive The Big Car" and "Blue Jean" together into one song. I gave it the feel of The Beach Boys, since I noticed a bit of that on both tracks....adding elements of both songs together and original drums and Rock And Roll piano near the end.

I made this almost 20 years ago. Can't imagine what I could have done with my current setup and knowledge in the studio now! This was a fun thing to make though.
