Mental Health. Loneliness.
A topic that came to the surface especially in the Corona Lockdown, but it goes beyond that.
Our mental health has been challenged over the last 1.5 years - perhaps in ways like never before. Safe at home, but not safe from one's own thoughts. Those who lived alone lost from one moment to the next all direct social interactions.
We wanted to express the emotional chaos that had arisen and offer encouragement. It was not about a tangible solution, as one person could not do anything against the worldwide pandemic, but about an inner conflict from which one can be born with a new mindset.
The motivation behind this project is to encourage the viewer, to show him that many people feel the same way, and to light a fire in him.
