#Nujabes inspired a generation of artists and musicians and pioneered the lo-fi genre before it even existed. His sound library was the record store he started years before he ever became famous. He truly made music come to life. A real genius! I discovered his music in 2007, back in college when I used to freestyle in dorm basements and lounges with other music heads. His songs were an integral chapter in my music journey. He died in 2010. Ten years later as I've returned to my musical roots I've decided to continue my story with a tribute album to him. An album written produced recorded and mixed entirely by me, #MightyKaos.
